A little help for your agent.

Try a conversation

Open your workspace and ask: “Remind me tomorrow at 9am by email to renew my passport. Follow up by SMS two hours later.” Check the date, timezone, repeat setting, recipients, and channels. Choose Save reviewed reminder, Edit details, or Discard draft.

Select an existing reminder to ask for an adjustment, completion, reopening, deletion, or a follow-up sequence. Only that selected record is included in the request. Copy a message draft when you are ready to use it. Saving a proposal stores your plan in this browser.

Assistant API

POST /api/assistant accepts JSON with message, an IANA timezone, optional reminders (up to 20), and optional history (up to 8 turns). It returns a structured proposal, model ID, and token usage. The server clock determines relative dates. Missing details and ambiguous daylight-saving times produce a clarification.

Use https://app.emende.com for API requests. Send a fresh Clerk session token in the Authorization: Bearer header. Browser requests must come from the same origin. The assistant allows up to 10 requests per minute per signed-in user at each Cloudflare location.

MCP tools

Connect to https://app.emende.com/api/mcp using stateless Streamable HTTP with JSON responses and MCP version 2025-03-26 or 2025-06-18. The tools are draft_reminder, manage_reminder, suggest_followups, and draft_message. All tools accept the assistant request shape above and return proposals for review.

Provide and refresh a Clerk session token from a signed-in Emende browser session, including its allowed Emende origin claim. Send Authorization: Bearer, Accept: application/json, text/event-stream, Content-Type: application/json, and the negotiated MCP-Protocol-Version header. Initialize first, then list and call tools. A request without a valid token returns 401 Unauthorized.

Supply the reminder snapshot you want to work with, display each proposal for approval, and apply approved changes to your client’s storage. Tool responses are drafts; saving and sending are separate actions.

Data and review

When you submit a request, Emende sends its text, timezone, conversation context and selected reminder details through the Cloudflare Worker to Anthropic. The application does not log or persist these prompts on the server. Never include passwords or API keys in a reminder. Inference uses Claude Haiku 5.5.

Manual reminders and calendar export work independently of the assistant. Recurring reminders preserve their saved timezone; during a daylight-saving gap, a future recurrence moves forward by the gap. Acknowledge advances to the next occurrence; asking the assistant to complete a reminder completes the entire reminder.
