Emende / Reminder guides

IN THE FLOW OF YOUR DAY

A reminder, right
where you chat.

If WhatsApp is where you keep up with your people, it can be a natural place for a little nudge. Start with a message, then decide what should happen if you need another reminder.

Message and call delivery — available soon for paid users.

A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR DAY

01

Start with a message

Choose WhatsApp as your first channel. Use the title to say exactly what you want to do.

02

Keep the next action close

Put the useful details in a note: which project, which document, or what you need to bring.

03

Add a follow-up if it helps

Give yourself a few hours, then switch to SMS or a call for a more noticeable step.

ONE POSSIBLE RHYTHM

A little nudge.
Then a little follow-up.

This is an example, not a fixed rule. Choose the channels and delays that make sense for this reminder.

You decide when it’s acknowledged.

  1. 01

    WhatsApp

    Thursday · 10:00 AM

Send the project update before lunch.

  2. 02

    SMS

    Thursday · 12:00 PM

    A short follow-up for a busy morning.

  3. 03

    Phone call

    Thursday · 2:00 PM

A final nudge before the afternoon gets away.
