Emende / Reminder guides

LESS PRESSURE. A LITTLE MORE SUPPORT.

You have a lot going on.
Put some of it here.

Forgetting a task doesn’t make it unimportant. Give the things you care about a place outside your head, and a plan for when you want to come back to them.

Message and call delivery — available soon for paid users.

A PLAN THAT FITS YOUR DAY

01

Make the title an action

“Book the car service” gives you somewhere to start. A small, specific task is easier to pick up again.

02

Choose a realistic time

Aim for a moment when you can act, rather than a time when you are usually in transit or in a meeting.

03

Leave room to adjust

Edit dates and follow-ups as your week changes. Your reminder system should stay useful to you.

ONE POSSIBLE RHYTHM

A little nudge.
Then a little follow-up.

This is an example, not a fixed rule. Choose the channels and delays that make sense for this reminder.

You decide when it’s acknowledged.

  1. 01

    Email

    Friday · 1:00 PM

    One clear task after lunch.

  2. 02

    SMS

    Friday · 3:00 PM

A second chance to pick it up.

  3. 03

    Phone call

    Friday · 4:00 PM

A final prompt before the garage closes.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful
things to know.

Can I change my mind after saving?

Yes. Edit the title, date, repeat setting, notes, or channel sequence at any time.

What if I acknowledge something too early?

A completed one-time reminder can be reopened from the Completed tab. You can edit a recurring reminder’s next date.

Will reminders appear on my other devices?

Cloud sync is available soon for paid users. Your reminder plans are saved in the browser where you create them.
